A Cat’s Tale Cattery is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy notice. A Cat’s Tale Cattery may change this policy from time to time and will update clients directly should it do so and amend the website for all non-clients.
To ensure that we treat your personal details with care we promise to:

• Name, etc – so that we can track booking & payments.
• Contact information including email address – so that we can send you your Cat’s confirmation details and let you know if there are any problems with your booking.
What we do with the information we gather:
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
• Internal record keeping. We may use the information to improve our products and services and will use it to keep your record up to date.
• We will not pass your information to any third party.
By submitting your personal information and that of your Cat we can deal with any enquiry that we need to and including your wishes set out in the Admin Pack.
How long do we keep information?
If you are a client we will keep your information on our secure database and regularly check to ensure we hold the most current details for you.

Based on privacy by design and taking a risk-based approach, the GDPR has been designed to meet the requirements of the digital age. A Cat’s Tale Cattery (‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’) are committed to ensuring the security and protection of the personal information that we process, and to provide a consistent approach to data protection. We have a data protection program in place, which complies with existing law and abides by the data protection principles. However, we recognise our obligations in updating and expanding this program to meet the demands of the GDPR and the UK’s Data Protection Bill.
